The short version

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking of any kind, and it has no server-side forms or databases. Browsing kndc.ca sends us no personal information.

The contact form

The contact form on this site composes an email inside your own email app — nothing is transmitted to us until you choose to send that email. When you do, we receive whatever the message contains (typically your name, email address, organization, and enquiry).

We use that information only to respond to you. It is kept in our email mailboxes, is never sold or shared with third parties, and is deleted on request.

Hosting

This site is hosted in Canada by Web Hosting Canada. Like virtually all web servers, the host keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.

Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@kndc.ca and we will respond promptly.

Changes

If our practices change — for example, if we add analytics or a server-side contact form — this page will be updated before those changes take effect.
